2. The Security Council has the authority to use force if necessary.
3. The Security Council nominates the Secretary General to the General Assembly and elects the judges of the International Court of Justice.
4. The Security Council can impose sanctions on businesses to deter aggression.
5. In the event that a conflict develops, the Security Council can look into the disagreements.
