Solution

Breathing is a biophysical process that involves the exchange of gases through inhalation and exhalation. Breathing is also called external respiration or pulmonary respiration by which atmospheric air is drawn in and throws carbon dioxide out via respiratory organs. Breathing: It is the process of inhaling and exhaling the air in and out of lungs by the contraction and relaxation of lungs. It includes nostrils, trachea, bronci, bronchioles and alveoli. Respiration: The oxygen in alveoli will diffuse in the capillaries. These capillaries will transport the oxygenated blood to heart, heart will pump the blood to different body tissues. In respiration, the oxygen is used to breakdown the glucose to release energy.
