How does binary fission differs from multiple fission? Give any two differences.

Binary fission: 1-The parent cell divides itself into two equal and identical daughter cells. 2- In this, both cytoplasm and nucleus divide together. Multiple fission: 1-The single parent cell is divided into many daughter cells. 2-In this, the nucleus divides first and is surrounded by cytoplasm whose division occurs later.
